Video Content Creator - UGC/Social/Product

Just Media Design (JMD) is a mid-sized, independent marketing agency. We’re a team of 25, all based in our office in the Valley.

We’ve been on an exciting growth curve, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring a new team member into the business in this role!

We’re on the hunt for a full-time Social Media Video Creator to join our team and help shape the next evolution of our brand storytelling.

This isn’t a typical agency role.

This is about living in the thick of it - creating day-in-the-life content, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, jumping on trends, offering quick tips, and bringing our agency culture to life… with you often starring in the videos yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create daily video content: day-in-the-life clips, quick tips, trending moments, behind-the-scenes stories
- Film with our leadership team and other JMD crew members (you’ll be documenting and co-creating for them)
- Be comfortable starring in videos yourself - you’ll be an important on-camera face for our brand
- Shoot, edit, and produce social-first content (primarily short-form vertical video)
- Write catchy captions and hooky copy for your content
- Work closely with leadership to bring our brand voice and vibe to life
- Stay plugged into social media trends and what’s getting people talking
- Own and build the JMD social presence across platforms with a steady drumbeat of organic content

While this is a UGC-focused role, you’ll have the backing of our in-house production team — a team that produces everything from documentaries to high-end TV commercials.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience creating UGC style social content - either for themselves, for brands, or for clients
- Is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera (no drama, just get it done)
- Knows how to edit - whether it’s in-platform native, CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Is comfortable calling to set up a location, or pitching talent to jump in on a video
- Understands how social media works (platforms, trends, hooks, storytelling)
- Can write a caption that actually makes people want to watch or click
- Has a natural sense of timing, energy, and good vibes on camera
- Is interested in marketing, branding, and content creation as a career path
- Already has examples of day-to-day content they’ve produced - ideally public profiles we can look at
