Production Coordinator

We're Hiring: Production Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Hybrid / Cremorne (Melbourne)
Contract: July – December 2025

We're a tight-knit creative team working on an exciting 2D animated series for kids — and we’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join us! Working closely with our Producers and Production Manager, you’ll help keep the production running smoothly, supporting our design team and acting as a key point of contact across the pipeline.

What You’ll Do:
- Keep us on track by managing production milestones
- Run dailies and check-ins with our design team
- Schedule and minute meetings
- Build and maintain design asset lists from animatics
- Be a point of contact with our external production partners


What we’re looking for:
- Understanding of 2D animation terminologies, design and processes is highly desirable!
- Top-notch organisational and communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a team and loves a good spreadsheet
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and production tracking tools
- A genuine interest in kids' animation and storytelling
