Job Description
Screenworks Below the Line Coordinator is an important role that works collaboratively within our team to deliver the Regional Crew Pathways Program which is supported by Netflix and to develop and oversee other below the line initiatives for Screenworks.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Regional Crew Pathways Program to ensure the program outcomes are achieved, in addition you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of other below the line initiatives in consultation with the CEO.
Screenworks Regional Crew Pathways program has been run in the Northern Rivers, Far North Queensland, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, with the potential to roll out in other regions.
The Below the Line Coordinator is responsible for organising and delivering a training course, managing trainees and all elements associated with their placements to ensure they are placed on productions for a 6 months period, as well as the administration and maintenance of the Screenworks’ location and crew databases and any inbound production resources published on the Screenworks website.
