About the role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced motion graphics artist — and if you’ve got VFX or animation skills up your sleeve, even better. We want someone who can jump in on projects, bring fresh ideas, and become an extended member of our creative, fun, little team.

You’ll be collaborating directly with our directors, producers, clients, and crew to bring bold, playful, human-led work to life. From animating titles and graphics to crafting beautiful visual moments that elevate our films, you’ll help add the magic that takes a good edit and makes it great.

The day-to-day role will include:

- Creating and animating motion graphics to elevate storytelling — from dynamic titles and transitions to simple product graphics, logo builds, and small-scale 2D animation.
- Taking motion projects from concept to execution with strong creative pacing, visual rhythm, and an eye for detail.
- Collaborating with editors to integrate motion seamlessly into larger video edits, ensuring consistency across multiple deliverables.
- Staying on top of file management and delivery formats, ensuring assets, renders, and project files are organised and ready for handoff.
- Embracing new tools and AI workflows to streamline processes, enhance creativity, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in motion design.

Must haves:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a motion graphics artist in commercial, branded content, agency, or production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to create clean, well-designed motion graphics — from titles and transitions to more detailed 2D animation.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and also self-direct when needed.
- Comfortable working independently or alongside editors, producers, and directors, adapting to different workflows and timelines.
- Highly organised and reliable, with solid file management, naming conventions, version control, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate creative decisions.
